He leads his team strategically, focusing on brand growth, while properly executing the marketing expectations and visions of the brand within the territory. He maintains independent retailer relationships within Montana and Washington. His passion for the outdoors drives him to the mountains for summer days hiking and in the winter backcountry skiing around his home mountain of Alpental. He also is an avid soccer fan and bleeds green and blue for the Seattle Sounders.
Heidi Dukich manages the Socksmith business for Tokul Creek Marketing and is an integral part of the team. Prior to her time at Tokul Creek she started our local nonprofit food bank and resource center in the Snoqualmie Valley. She did all this while raising two children. Her free time takes her for walks in the "valley of the ferns" and loves spending time in the woods. She has a passion for creating whether it be felting, knitting, baking...
Steve got his start in the industry on the ski shop floor in 2001, but his career really began in 2008 as an Outerwear & Apparel Buyer for Backcountry.com in Park City, Utah. He later went on to become an Apparel Buyer & Planner for Zappos.com in Las Vegas, NV. Eventually he made the transition from online retail to wholesale sales and worked in Key Account Management for Osprey Packs in Cortez, CO.
As a long-time snowboarder of 31 years, Steve feels fortunate to log many days on the hill and in the backcountry of Colorado and Utah. He loves riding with his wife Lauren, and they have had a great time getting to know the Pacific Northwest and the amazing mountains of Washington.
Steve is passionate about the outdoor industry and loves to be in the mountains. When he is not on the snow you can find him on the trail mountain biking and hiking, or on the water paddle boarding. He also loves fly fishing, traveling, and seeing live music.
Tyler is a dedicated husband, father, and adventurer. He grew up camping, hiking, backpacking and Nordic skiing in Maine. He started working at his local gear shop in 2002 and continued working at independent outdoor shops during and after college in Portland Oregon.
He met his wife in 2010 and moved with her out to Colorado in 2013 where he started as a sales rep in the outdoor industry.
After 8 years away, Tyler and his family moved back to Oregon in 2021 and joined the Tokul Creek Marketing team shortly afterwards.
He is excited to be back in the Pacific Northwest and to support retailers in Oregon and Southern Idaho.
Tyler enjoys alpine climbing, backpacking, backcountry, and alpine skiing. More often these days he spends his out-of-doors time with his family hiking and camping, and squeezes in morning runs with his dog.
The love of nature and outside adventures were pillars of Bailey's foundation growing up. Raised in the Snoqualmie Valley, the mountains, rivers, and lakes were his playground. After adventures in Montana, he was drawn back home to the Valley and worked at Pro Ski Mountain Service retail shop where he found his passion for the outdoor industry. He is excited for the next step as he begins his career at Tokul Creek.
If it’s winter you can find him taking laps in the park, getting face shots at Alpental, or eating a breakfast burrito in lot 4. When it is not snowing, he enjoys fly fishing, mountain biking, and backpacking in the local mountain ranges.
Pat moved from Montana to Washington to join team Tokul. After growing up in Vermont, he moved west to go to college in Utah, after which he got a job in wilderness medicine. He worked in wilderness medicine for five years which, along with ice climbing, brought him to Montana.
When he is not working, Pat is usually climbing of some sort, on the local crags, alpine routes throughout Montana and Wyoming, or in Alaska. He is excited to explore the PNW and see what adventures lie in store!
