Steve got his start in the industry on the ski shop floor in 2001, but his career really began in 2008 as an Outerwear & Apparel Buyer for Backcountry.com in Park City, Utah. He later went on to become an Apparel Buyer & Planner for Zappos.com in Las Vegas, NV. Eventually he made the transition from online retail to wholesale sales and worked in Key Account Management for Osprey Packs in Cortez, CO.
As a long-time snowboarder of 31 years, Steve feels fortunate to log many days on the hill and in the backcountry of Colorado and Utah. He loves riding with his wife Lauren, and they have had a great time getting to know the Pacific Northwest and the amazing mountains of Washington.
Steve is passionate about the outdoor industry and loves to be in the mountains. When he is not on the snow you can find him on the trail mountain biking and hiking, or on the water paddle boarding. He also loves fly fishing, traveling, and seeing live music.

Tyler is a passionate outdoor enthusiast and dedicated family man, with a lifelong love for adventure and the great outdoors. Growing up in Maine, he spent much of his childhood camping, hiking, backpacking, and Nordic skiing, developing a deep appreciation for nature and the outdoors. This passion led him to start working at his local gear shop in 2002, where he could share his knowledge and enthusiasm with others.
During and after college in Portland, Oregon, Tyler continued to work at independent outdoor shops, further honing his expertise and building a strong network within the outdoor industry. In 2010, he met his future wife, and in 2013 they made the move to Colorado together. There, Tyler began his career as a sales rep in the outdoor industry, where he spent eight successful years.
In 2021, Tyler and his family returned to Oregon, and he joined the Tokul Creek Marketing team soon after. He's thrilled to be back in the Pacific Northwest, where he can support retailers in Oregon and Southern Idaho while pursuing his outdoor passions. When he's not working, you can find Tyler alpine climbing, backpacking, and skiing. These days, he also loves spending time outdoors with his family, hiking, camping and running together.

The love of nature and outside adventures were pillars of Bailey's foundation growing up. Raised in the Snoqualmie Valley, the mountains, rivers, and lakes were his playground. After adventures in Montana, he was drawn back home to the Valley and worked at Pro Ski Mountain Service retail shop where he found his passion for the outdoor industry. He is excited for the next step as he begins his career at Tokul Creek.
If it’s winter you can find him taking laps in the park, getting face shots at Alpental, or eating a breakfast burrito in lot 4. When it is not snowing, he enjoys fly fishing, mountain biking, and backpacking in the local mountain ranges.
Pat moved from Montana to Washington to join team Tokul. After growing up in Vermont, he moved west to go to college in Utah, after which he got a job in wilderness medicine. He worked in wilderness medicine for five years which, along with ice climbing, brought him to Montana.
When he is not working, Pat is usually climbing of some sort, on the local crags, alpine routes throughout Montana and Wyoming, or in Alaska. He is excited to explore the PNW and see what adventures lie in store!
