Paul Dukich manages all day to day operations of Tokul Creek Marketing. He is the primary representative on all key accounts. He leads his team strategically, focusing on brand growth, while properly executing the marketing expectations and visions of the brand within the territory. He maintains independent retailer relationships within Oregon and Washington.  

Ryan O'Connell

Senior Sales Representative and Brand Manager

Ryan O’Connell manages all Tokul Creek Marketing brands within Alaska, Washington, and parts of Oregon. He is the key sales lead for our technical brands, an integral component of REI servicing, and a brand ambassador for marketing events within the territory. He represents our brands' products and marketing efforts to specialty retailers in the PNW. 

His career in the industry began in 1997 as a buyer/manager of Active Endeavors. As a longtime industry professional, Ryan transition easily to the role of specialty outdoor representative in 2008, while covering Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. 

His passion for the industry is paralleled by his love for the mountains. He is equally happy skinning into the Alpental Valley before dawn, as when he is waking up on El Cap, or hiking in the North Cascades. Ryan also enjoys a good taco, a crisp IPA, and seeing live music.

Erin Warren

Sales Associate and Apparel Specialist

Erin Warren is Tokul Creek Marketing's primary representative for all brands for Montana and Idaho. Erin’s skills and 17 year history of managing, buying and ownership of a key retail partner in Missoula has been instrumental in her role as our Apparel Specialist. She is a brand ambassador for marketing events within her territory, and she represents our brands' products to specialty retailers in MT and ID.

As the buyer for The Trail Head in Missoula, Erin purchased product from TCM for twelve years. This retail experience coupled with her previous work as the Ski School Director and Outdoor Event Planner at Montana Snowbowl Ski Area prepared Erin to be an irreplaceable part of the Tokul Team starting in 2014.

She seeks adventure in the outdoors through a day at her local ski hill, venturing into the backcountry, fly fishing, or mountain biking. While up for adrenaline pumping activities, Erin finds peace and is grounded through yoga.

Molly Estes

Sales Analyst

Seattle, WA

Hired in 2019

As  an avid skier and outdoor enthusiast, Molly has spent the past few winters on the Arapahoe Basin Ski Patrol in Summit County, Colorado.

While  gaining valuable industry experience with TCM, she is pursuing the completion of her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Computer Science. Her primary responsibility is creating, analyzing, and discriminating results to the key account reps to help manage and direct inventory management.

When she isn't in the office, Molly spends her time skiing, biking, and exploring the PNW with her husband in their van.
